Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or South African public holidays.

 

Shipping Times

All products ship directly from our international suppliers. Delivery to South Africa takes 7-21 business days* from when your order ships. 

We do not stock inventory locally. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to customs and courier delays.

Customs & Duties

Any import duties, VAT, or customs fees charged by SARS are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
